Sulfur is another effective drug, but it should be used together in combination with other products like alcohol, sallicylic acid etc. As it gives very bad smell when used singularly.

Apart from some of the noteworthy organic products for treating acne are accutane, retina A, renova etc. but whatever you use always consult your doctor before using anything.
