Constant use of these packs could be a cause of back acne. In some cases, the residue of these packs may be left behind, which could lead to the clogging of skin pores and consecutively acne. * Wearing extremely tight fitting clothing is another factor that triggers the problem. Clothes that are extremely tight do not allow the skin to breathe and trap moisture. This stimulates the growth of causative organisms resulting in pimples and zits. * A rough back massage could also be the potential cause of back acne in some people. Though a massage is generally good for the skin, it can do more bad than good if it is rough. Rough massages irritate the skin which can lead to skin problems such as acne. * Carrying backpacks for long duration can also lead to acne on the back. This is because backpacks keep on rubbing against your back, causing skin irritation. So, if you are nursing back acne, it is advised that you carry some other bag like a shoulder bag or a tote. There are several causes of back acne that cannot be controlled. But, there are some factors like unwanted skin irritation that you can keep a tab on.
