While these medicines are highly effective, they may have certain side effects. Some of the most commonly used topical antibiotics to treat bacne include Clindamycin and Erythromycin. Tetracycline is another back acne medication but it is used less often. These medicines come in a variety of forms such as gels, pads, lotions and other solutions.
