sunlight is good for any form of acne like whitehead, blackhead, pimple
or zits. But, this is a wrong notion that sunlight helps to heal acne.
Reality is different. Though it hides the redness of the spots for time
being, it is harmful in long run. It has many adverse effects on skin in
the form of various allergies. It could lead to early aging and wrinkles.
Even it is proved that many acne treatments, medications or products can make
our skin get easily sunburned. So, it is advised to always wear
sunscreen before going out in the sun. It is advised not to follow the
wrong information that whitehead or acne can be cured by sunlight. The
truth is that excessive exposure to sun can lead to skin cancer. So,
always apply sunscreen of a brand that is effective. Try and use a
sunscreen which is at least SPF 15 and apply it ten minutes before going
out in the sun. You can also use sunscreen with higher SPF to cure your
sensitive skin.
