But before I get started with the tips, you would like to know who I'm and why you can trust me.

First, I'm not alone. Me (Bryan), my wife (Melissa) and a common friend (Bob Turner) were former acne sufferers. We had a handful of friends and I was denied entry to several jobs due to severe acne in the past.

We tried many things over the years to get rid of acne. While we were trying to win this battle against acne, we gathered all the information and resources we could find. Soon we realized that acne is not that hard to defeat. But it is the doctors who want us to believe that it is a big problem and has no easy solution.

Surely, it is a problem- a major one indeed! You want to be beautiful. And you don't want ACNE. But the truth is that ACNE Is CURABLE. And you don't need any fancy stuff to treat your acne. You only need to take small steps in the right direction and you will find that you are acne free soon.

I with my wife and friend, have setup ACNETALKS.com to help people like you and me. We can together help you permanently eradicate your acne.

Okay, enough said.

Here is the first tip you requested for: Don't wash your face!!

Everyone say that you should wash your face couple of times to reduce acne. No, it does not help. The truth is that washing your face with normal soaps has nothing to do with acne. It just keeps your face clean.

And many a times these sweet-scented soaps and face wash do more harm than good. They are too harsh on your sensitive acne prone skin and may excessively make your skin dry. And such skin is even more prone to acne breakouts. This doesn't mean products that you apply on your face don't help.

Acne is deep rooted in your skin and just washing your face does nothing good to it. To clear acne, every product has to go deep in your skin. There are certain face wash and soaps which serve the purpose and you should only use them to keep yourself acne free.

Face wash or soaps containing Aloe Vera extracts, Glycerin or Green Tea extracts are very helpful. The most important thing to remember while buying a cleansing agent (soap or lotion) is to get the one that is made for your skin type. It must be mild on your skin. You can fetch any of these soaps and face wash available over the shelf at Wal-Marts.

Normally, such products come with a user guide. Still I will tell you the right process of using these products. It is usually safe to apply them on the affected areas and let them stay for 2-3 minutes. After this, thoroughly wash them off with water. This will deep clean your skin. And you are less prone to acne breakout!
