A large number of people are affected by acne
which includes pimples, zits, blackhead and whiteheads . Around 10% of
Americans face adult acne and the figures for teenagers having it, is
much higher. It is a problem caused due to dirt, bacteria, dead skin and
toxic which gets stuck up under the skin. The toxic oil gets jammed from
inside and the cold is not able to come out. So, a toxic colon leads to
acne.
But, we are not aware of the fact that
what we are seeing on our skin is happening because of some problem in
some other part of our body. If our liver is not working properly and
our digestion system is weak, it leads to excess of toxic in our body.
If excessive toxic is not able to come out of the body then it leads to
acne, zits or pimples.
Our liver is the organ which detoxifies
the blood. Then the blood is circulated in the body which gives oxygen
to the cells and tissues. All the toxin made up in the body due to
different activities like eating and breathing is detoxified by the
liver. If there is hormonal problem or constipation, the situation may
lead to excess of toxins in body. Liver starts the process and there is
much more work to be done by the liver. But, when liver is not able to
detoxify all the toxins then the remaining toxin gets back into the
blood cells. From there, toxins try and come out of the skin pores. As
we know that a toxic colon leads to acne, so do pimples or zits.
To
cope up with this problem, we must increase intake of fiber or roughage
in our food. This will not let constipation happen. Also, avoid taking
much of junk food or greasy food. If your lever is weak then consult
your doctor and get it checked.
Along with that, to treat
existing acne there are many acne treatments and medications available.
New techniques like laser treatment and many home remedies are available
to get an acne free skin. But, always remember to take care of your
liver and get good check on your diet. You should always beware that a
toxic colon leads to acne, zits, pimples or other skin problems.
