You should always keep in mind not to use any kind of medication which you would use on your skin. There is no medication which can be used to successfully treat baby acne. In this regard, the preventive measures are always better.
Overall cleanliness is very important when treating baby acne.. However, there are times when even utmost cleanliness does not serve the purpose. If the baby acne refuses to go away even after a long duration and your best efforts, then it is time to consult the doctors.
