There are some specific methods which are effective in fighting rosacea. You should use clean pillow covers everyday and keep changing them as frequently as possible. This is of great help as a precaution and also when you are under treatment. When you wash your face, remember not to use anything other than plain water. Be a miser while applying make-up. You will do well to use as little cream or other such things as possible.

If you are a man, always keep in mind that shaving harms your skin more than most things. Never shave against the direction of the growth of the beards. This way you can save yourself some of the harm that is done while shaving.
