I saw a gentleman using a particular type of bath-soap. It was a costly soap by any standard, the highly advertised one on TV channels. Celebrities, stars and models had said on TV that this particular soap is the secret of the beauty and health of their skin.

What was the special ingredient in that bath soap? It has lemon!

I don't blame the models or stars, they are paid a hefty sum for their assignments, but don't you have enough common sense! Why can't you use the lemon directly? Squeeze the lemon juice in to a bucket of water, when you take bath. I do not really know whether the lemon does, what it claims to do, but if you can believe the lemon content in that bath soap, why don't you believe the lemon itself, and save some dollars!

Strange are the ways of most of the people in this materialistic world. They are so busy, that they have no time to eat. Even if they find some time to eat, they don't eat what they wish to eat. They eat what is available! Just filling the stomach is not eating. Your stomach is not the garbage dump. Your food needs to contain the essential vitamins and minerals.

And understand this golden rule of the Nature. Nature provides the right types of fruits and vegetables at the right time. Follow this rule, and you have understood everything about your health. In a survey conducted in USA, it was found that less than 32 persons, eat the required quantity of vegetables. The processed sugar is not going to build your body. Perhaps it contributes to breaking it.

All parts of your body need good diet for their development and growth. But if there is one part that needs it most, it is the skin. Skin is continuously exposed to the changing conditions, rain and shine. Skin envelops all parts, of your body. It wants nutrition for renewal, repair of tissues, and for detoxification.

If this aspect is not taken care of by you, you are extending a cordial invitation to acne. You brought it within your territory, and you have now fought it in your own territory.

Don't think that your skin is the glutton, but it is a very complicated structure. To keep it in Olympian-fit condition, it wants all the vitamins in proper quantity. Vitamin A gives energy to the protective tissue of your skin and is a good component of acne remedy.

If you know that stress is also the contributing factor to acne, take vitamin B related foods in plenty. But groups of vitamin B need to be taken together.
