Diverse Ways To Fight Acne: Naturopathy |
|
It works towards finding solutions to various ailments
by improving the quality of nutrition that a person intakes.
As
also believed by the other branches of treatments, acne is the external
manifestation of the internal imbalance. Acne is caused by excessive
secretion of oil from the sebaceous glands. If you intake poor quality
of fats or oils, the oils that would be secreted would be equally poor.
These oils do not tend to flow and block the pores, thereafter,
attracting bacteria. Whereas, good quality oils flow well and nourish
the skin. Naturopathy recommends the following tips for healthy
nutrition:
1)
Fasting is a very effective way to avoid unhealthy nutrition, but
should not be undertaken for more than 23 days without medical
supervision.

combination. Include fish, vegetables, sprouts, grains and fruits in
your diet.
