How To Cope With Acne And Wrinkles? |

age of fifty is supposed to be the youth of old age. Old age will come,
when it has to come. Why invite it early? How's that you already have
wrinkles coupled with acne?
You know, you can
build the super structure, add additional floors and galleries, only
when the foundation is very strong. As for your health, you need to
understand the body mechanism, very well. The inner strength of tissues
and muscles, and purity of the blood will provide the glow to the outer
covering of the body- that is your skin!
The skin derives the
strength from within. It does constantly face the outside attacks to
damage its luster, like pollutants, bitter cold and the hot sun and what
not! The traditional cleansers and lotions, containing benzoyl peroxide
and salicylic acid, did their job, when you were young.
But today
you are over aged, a respected senior citizen, but you too are entitled
to live a wrinkle-free life! You have the capacity within you to look
younger than most of the youngsters, who actually look more than their
age, due to their wrong living!
How then you handle your acne and
wrinkles? Obviously, you can't handle your age. The natural aging
process can never be reversed. But you can certainly take steps to
rejuvenate your body mechanism, and be a youthful, old man!
Firstly,
try to understand your acne. What type acne it is? And when you have
acne and wrinkles, do first things first. Treat acne first. Acne is an
autoimmune disease. Wrinkle is not a disease as such. It is a happening
on your face. Having acne means, you are thinking about acne, and
thinking means, waste of energy. Your emotions are affected.
Give proper thought to your food habit. You digested all hard
food, when your stomach was strong like a furnace. It is not so now.
Give respect to its digesting capacity, and eat such types of foods that
are easy to digest.
You have a beautiful
community garden right in front of your house. How often you have
visited it? Now budget your time accordingly, so that you make it a
point to stroll there regularly at least for half an hour! The greenery
and the quiet walking should change your mood for the better.
It
is believed that about 70% of the immune system is located in your
intestines. If this area is filled and blocked with waste, it is an open
invitation to all types of diseases at the old age. Some of the wastes
find easy route of leaving through the skin. This results in acne.
Physical
exercises keep your intestines toned. Develop this golden habit without
any further delay.
Watch your wrinkles, when you go as per the
above mentioned schedule. Your acne has probably gone and some of the
wrinkles are about to beat retreat!
