Eat Rightly The Righteous Foods And Squashes |

Food that has the capacity to help you has
also the quality to damage you. Any item of food has its own value and a
time-value. For example take an apple, when it is fresh. It is good for
you viewed from any angle. The same apple, when it begins to rot after a
few days, is harmful for your health if consumed. This is because the
apple has outlived its time value.
Skin is the
outer covering of your entire body. Anything happening within is bound
to affect this covering, your skin. After all, your skin draws its
nourishment from the food you take. If you take good food, your skin
will have a special glow. Many a times, the inner impurities accumulated
within the body are expelled through the skin, and this could be through
skin eruptions in the form of acne. Your acne attack may not be solely
due to the type of food you eat, but it could definitely be one of the
reasons for it.
Anything you eat has a relative merit, from the
point of view of its utility in relation to body-building capacity and
the ease with which it is digested. Easy digestion means, your system
accepts it easily and willingly. It goes to promote your health.
When
I talk about easy digestibility, salads, juices and squashes get top
marks. Salads have fiber contents but the squashes and juices do not
have them and to that extent they get less marks. Fibers are very
essential for the body. Fibrous foods in combination with juices and
squashes make a wonderful combination for the overall health of your
constitution.
Don't drink your
squashes. Eat them slowly. You get the meaning? Taking the squashes or
juices in quick gulps is not the proper way to consume it. Take it in
small sips, enjoying the taste of every drop of it, only then the
intended benefits will get assimilated by your digestive system.
Most
of the diseases are not only due to wrong types of food, but wrong type
of eating the right type of food. To give you a simple example, if you
drink cold water immediately after consuming some hot curry, you are
disturbing the system, the body temperature abruptly. The digestive
juices won't give the desired result, you may catch cold, may suffer
from indigestion.
So, always understand the
food you eat. Know which types of squashes and juices you have to take
and be mindful about their timings!
Even though the skin is the
outermost part of your body, it is affected most, by the types of food
you take. Most of the skin eruptions, including acne, are the responses
to your bad food habits.
