Have you ever noticed that blackish or yellowish deposit of small dotted lines over your face the next morning of the prom night? Or, an all together new development of black spots over the T zone of your face? And above all, are you attending too many party these days?

Well, those black or yellow bumps could be newly developed blackheads. Blackheads can be caused on the skin due to excessive make up and oil. So it is very important for you to not let the make up meet with oil and sweat. In fact whenever you wear cosmetics, make sure you take it off as and when you reach the home. Do not let it stay on the face through out the night. While sleeping, the oil production may mix with cosmetics and create skin eruptions like acne, pimples or blackheads.

There are certain things that you need to take care of:

1) Never touch, prick or squeeze a pimple (blackhead, in this case) specially with dirty and unwashed hands, and avoid touching your face as all this will lead to nothing but infection and your skin condition will get worse than before.

2) Realize that, the problem is to be targeted at its origin. So, you should always follow a good cleansing routine to wash away the unnecessary skin cells and germs.

3) Exfoliation is recommended for minor acne and blackheads. But, if you do it when your acne is in a real bad state, further infection is possible. So, try to avoid exfoliation when your acne is bad.

4) Also, a lot of blackhead removing tools are available nowadays in the market, trying one of them according to your skin. For example, you can use blackhead removing strips for a temporary relief, while for better results you can get them squeezed by the professional hands.
