Dr. Brandt Pore Effect is excellent for every
skin type for a gentle yet effective clarifying action. For this product
which you can apply all day as a spot treatment for troubled areas, a
four star rating would do.
The key ingredients
of the product are salicylic acid C12-15 Alkyl Ethylhexanoate,
Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Glyceryl Stearate (And) Peg-100 Stearate,
Isostearyl Benzoate, Bis-Diglyceryl Polyacyladipate-2, Glycerin, Cetyl
Alcohol, Methyl Glucose Sesquistearate, Peg-20 Methyl Glucose
Sesquistearate, Sorbitan Stearate, and Dimethicone among others.
Salicylic acid stimulates cellular turnover and penetrates pores to
sweep away blockage while tea tree and rosemary clear the skin. Natural
soothers such as palma rosa and lavender extracts calm even the most
irritant prone skins. This product is excellent for all skin types.
You
can use Pore Effect along with Dr. Brandt's Poreless Cleanser and his
Microdermabrasion in a Jar. The Cleanser and Microdermabrasion are
pretty good products, but the Pore Effect may not be useful for some
people. It may not help with your oiliness. Otherwise, it is a good one
to try.
