Doxycycline (Antibiotic)

 

Doxycycline is a synthetic broad-spectrum antibiotic derived from tetracycline. It is known for its effectiveness against a wide variety of bacteria. On a scale of 5, its a good 4 starer.

Doxycycline is used for many different types of infections, including respiratory tract infections due to Hemophilus influenzae. It also is used for the treatment of fever, typhus, chancroid, cholera, anthrax, syphilis, and acne. It is great to combat perioral dermatitis and is also effective for cystic and nodular acne.

This antibiotic as an anti acne treatment has got mixed reviews. I recommend that if
you are suffering from acne for a long time, try this antibiotic at least once. It carries very high chances of working wonders for you!
